To Promote sportsmanship and healthy competition through organized junior golf activities in the Cedar Rapids area.The Cedar Rapids Optimist Junior Golf Association holds the purposes of:
1) Encouraging junior golf in the Cedar Rapids area
2) To teach the traditions, rules, and etiquette of golf
3) To secure instruction, practice, and playing
